They do barrel leads, not sure if they do any the same as the one in your photo.

I was in there last week, I seen the barrel weights but they don't do the ones with the eyes at each end.

if your stuck just buythe barrell ones.its easy enough putting wire though them,then make loops with pliers.do 1 end first put thruogh the bend wire round say 2,3 times.
