Try clicking manage attachments a bit further down from the smiley faces below where you type a report.
A window opens with a few BROWSE boxes, click brows and go into your picture files in your computer and then click UPLOAD on the pic you want. As long as your pic isn't too many megga bites, they will upload in 15-20 seconds.
Just means clicking to open them on posts.
I do it that way as i couldn't figure it out on photobucket.
