Yes, Gordon, he has certainly calmed down a great deal and can spot a wind-up when he sees it - I think the phrase is \"older & wiser\".

There were a few times, in the early days, I was very close to deleting Jonny (and he knows that). I\'m really glad that it didn\'t come to that as I think he\'ll be a true asset to the Board.

Looking forward to many more posts, Jonny.
I might even stick the oven on again as you approach your 200th post......lol
