It is probably the rubber on off button which may look like it is up, but is actually still on the contact. Try easing the button up or remove it and trim a very small area from the inside and replace it. This should cure it.

My mate had that problem sent it back amd got a replacement, if you try fixing it you may not be able to get a replacement.

I had this problem with the first one I ordered mate. Turned out the eBay sellers whole batch was faulty. Got a refund and bought one somewhere else.

Took the rubber button out still the same......took me 10mins to get it back properly
hoping to get out wednesday look like it's back to the old head light untill this gets resolved

The first one I got wouldn't switch off a few emails and got it sorted but had to pay the post it was from uk supplier

must of been the UK dispatched friday arrived monday
well pleased with it apart from the flashy stuff

had 3 of these and all had the same fault after 2 weeks , the first one I had the battery pack over heated as well and melted the plastic to my head got 2 replacements after that but like you say wouldn't stop flashing , got a refund in the end

a did I but was a snowy winter night half was on me hat but when I pulled me hot off when it started getting a bit to hot some was stuck to me head caught it just in time , had to cut a bit of me hair haha
