darren sheilds fishing a club comp for bedlington station sea angling club weighed inn 2 fish for 18lb2
his heaviest fish on the last cast from whitley beach crashed the scales
at 16lb2 what an acheivement his 1st doubler.
well done mate you truely diserve it.
pictures will follow if someone can give advice on how to upload.
oh the other lads did weigh inn next bag was 3 fish for 4lb11 and the rest were average of 1lb 111 to 1lb 2 12 fished and 7 weighed inn.

seems to be a mistery where this was caught ryanlee thats why i call it a 16 ponder but never mind still a cracking fish was it realy off whitley beach???? or somewhere else m8 i wish people would tell the truth it doesnt hurt!!!! who knows eh

well when the weighmaster weighed the fish he asked darren and he said whitley beach.
so who am i to say other than what he said.i wasnt fishing next to him so can only post what he said.as a few people on here seem to know him and where he got it from then we can only guess until he tells otherwise.nice fish mind,wherever its from.maybe its from mark x and he wants to keep it that way.i can only post what i was told.just thought you would like to here the news first,but hey if it offends then dont read.
