if only dunc ....... the effort required is enormous (time wise) and wouldn't bring in much of a pension maybe gonna have to work it to the bitter end ............. but got lots to do when I finally do retire

Top quality results, lead mould looks a lot better finish than shop bought, so much potential I bet.

I'm struggling Norm, I can work the software but I'm not very artistic when inputting the shapes.

Started hols and bored already so messing about, sort of the right shape, might be able to get an existing shad put on the CMM when I get back.

Hadn't seen Norm for a while and it transpires that the mould in the vid was prototype #1

Been shooting plastic in #2 this evening and it just shows how far this home made plastic injection process has come since the very early days!!!

Absolutely amazing stuff...Norms garage is a wet dream
