Settlle on a fixed amount then take her for a days shopping at the Metrocentre and tell her she can buy what she wants. That way your dear lady wil get what she likes and you cant be blamed for getting her something she dosnt like.

but...from the fishing perspective....you could make her a sculpture out of lead (some kind of fishing related design-dual purpose as you will see) and when you have ran out of pirks you can always borrow the sculpture and catch the tea with it....

I bought Yvonne a makeover in Newcastle.
Gave her the envelope with all the bits in and she says \" Whats this \". Usual crack so I don\'t bite. \"It\'s a present for our anniversary \" says I. \"Where did you get this and how much was it \" says she. \" You don\'t ask how much a present was \" says I. \" Thank you very much \" she said.
\"I didn\'t get it cos I love you \" said I \" I got it cos you need it \".
