4/12/12 Couple of fish

Went to Sugar Sands to fish the ebb, there was a canny sea on and after a couple of casts decided to give up and head somewhere else, too much weed there as usual!

Got to the second mark and first cast resulted in the little codling, that made up for the palava earlier. Then second cast resulted in the bigger one, at that point i thought i was gonna get a big haul but that was it for the next 4 1/2 hours. Wish i had of gone straight there instead of the first mark, probly would have caught a couple more or a bigger one, atleast i know for next time. Baits used was squid mussel crab and razor on a 4/0 pulley pennel.

well done 2 nicefresh run fish there ,you will know better for next seshion where to go first ,tight lines :thumbup::thumbups.looks like both fish swallowed hooks right down .

Thanks yeah definitely know for next time. Aye they both managed to gobble them right up but I still managed get them out without too much hassle, trusty forceps

Aye the peir worked a treat, now there only enough room for one guy so don't go there lol
