N1 Paul

As I\'ve not had a chance to get out over the weekend, I was in 2 minds about taking a day off through the week to have a crack with the spinning rod & lures.......you\'ve made me mind up.....lol.....just booked tomorrow off (certain kiss of death as far as the fine weather goes...lol).

Oh....by the way....I\'ve e-mailed the pix to AC

Jim.

Just e-mailed you, Jim.

I was intending to make it an all day thing, but (as always seems to happen), looks like it\'s just gonna be an afternoon session, now.

Check e-mail for details.

He\'s hoping to be home for 12:30, Jim.

If so, we\'ll be there between 1:30 & 2:00, m8 (if not sooner) :D

Well Jim......
After a few hours of losing spinners & lures for NO result we had a BIG change in fortune about an hour after you left.......
Decided to have a wander along to point 2 on the photo and try our luck over the kelpbed. Lovelly ledge, just above the waterline, bathed in sunshine and well out of any breeze which was blowing.

If anywhere, THIS was the place I thought would\'ve been a graveyard for gear (it is when bait fishing). Spent about 2 hours down on this ledge and just kept reelin\' \'em in time after time, one after the other :P :P :P :P :P

LURES, THAT IS.................LOL :exclam:
Didn\'t lose a thing...............still NO fish though :casstet:

On the way back to the car, we got to talking to a lad who\'d been diving in the bay at the weekend. Said that there was no fish to be seen............other than a BIG shoal of mackeral........said it was a wierd sight - looking up at this mass of fish passing overhead.
BANG goes that OTHER guys theory, eh????

NO fish, but still a great day. Glad you could come down, Jim, thoroughly enjoyed it.
