My partner, the long sufering Hazel is a Hatlepool lass, one of 9. Most of her family still live in HP. So as the new boat is a 35 ft Cygnus, comercial hull fitted out as aTrawler Yacht, we though it would be a nice idea in 2006 befor we loose \'pink diesel\' to take some holiday (2/3 weeks) and come to HP, see the family, meet a few friends and wet a line or two?
When in the summer is a good time? I get the impresion the boat fishing dies a bit in summer. If not, what am I likley to expect in the way of fish, are they in or off shore etc, etc? Is there any one who would fancy a day out, or a few hours in the evening on board \'wetting a throat or two\'.
\'KT\'(Katie) the awaited Cygnus, being a comercial hull, is a great sea boat, but not fast, so distance on a limited hours day tip could be an issue? Although a couple of hours steam can see 16 to 20 miles behind?
