Accommodation in Arbroath area

Just dipping a toe in the water here, we\'re thinking of buying a property in Arbroath for a investment and rather than get long term tenants we would prefer to do holiday lets, mostly aimed @ anglers especially in the winter although the summer fishing is equally as good if not better @ times!
just wondering how much interest there would be from the lads & lasses from the board!

Tonybax we just missed out on a two bedroom flat 75yrds from the front door of that very establishment
once we find a place i will be able to post costs and dates the place will be available from, hopefully its before the start of this winter season.
