Hi lads thinking about getting a new boat rod must be no longer than 6ft must be slim no like a broom shank but good any advice

Agree with the above, cheap strong and will tackle most fish.
Chris had a 42lb cod on his and i have landed a 35lb tope on mine...apart from the varnish on the rod not being the best the rods are strong and will make it good fun. I got my last one for under £40 new, now have 3 of them.
