what it iz scotty it iz a computer type thing maybe a laptop ,plug it in to a connection thing in ya car where ever ya may find it ,it finds any fault on the car somehow ,theres a new one out somewhere on sale ya plug it into ya fishing rod end piece and it suppose to help ya find the fish for blanking folk that havent even had a codling all season ,gud bit of kit worth buying might save on a lot of money and bait wasted

There canny I looked at them before I bought my scanner I needed one that done every thing rather than just engine codes
