me and laura tried angel of north lakes today for 1st time.we both had personal bests today aswell at course fishing 1st i had a koi carp about 7lb and laura had a 3lb common aswell as she had plenty of bream and ide ..its a nice friendly fishery with a good supply of tackle tea and pop to be had

sweet, me knowledge of coarse techniques is limited, i've had a couple of roach on the fly at testos and saw a massive koi, maybe 2 or 3 lbs (going by trout sizes/weights) and a even huger black thing, very exciting but incredibly frustrating when catching the trees trying to cast to it!

THERE WAS QUITE A FEW BIG CARP RISING yesterday especially a big ghost carp took my bait loads of times but no luck but ime going to try something different and see how it goes

sless i seem to remember similar smiles on a young lasses face a few years back when your little one (as she was then) had her first trout.
