Another canny day in the yak

Had another session off the cliffs at Marsden today on my Moken 12.5. Again I used some twin taill lures that i had knocked up myself, and this time I managed a 2lb, a 3lb and a 5lb cod. Well chuffed!

Iye your right there. The other day when I was out there was nothing but sea all around me. All I could hear was the gentle lapping of white caps. Plus I was pulling in the occasional cod. Poke the pier, I think I'll give it a miss. lol

Cheers Bud, but you see if there is one thing that is a fact, it's that with the best will in the world your never going to cast as far as I can paddle, no matter how good your rod is. And maybe it was just me but my casting didn't get me into fish, but my paddling seems to!

Dave you need to come from the darkside we got loads of fish up here give use a shout when you get sorted mate
