My mates on the Volante are fishing everyday the weather allows.

They are taking Cod on every trip on the hard ground at anchor. Same with most boats out of North Dock Sunderland.

Not fishing myself at the moment due to an injury, (no sarky comments John Frain)

Got out to Longscar on Saturday, but weather wasn\'t as calm as forecast. Lots of whiting around, and small codling. Whiting were going hard for frozen mackerel bait.

As you can see from my \"friends\" (and I say that in it\'s loosest sense) and their comments I have an injury to my genitalia as a result of overly ambitious weight training.


Everyone might as well know.......I guess only those who are interlectually challenged wouldn\'t have guessed from the above comments anyway...!!! ( Can think of a few people)

So there it is....no more sarcasm and underhand comments though I didn\'t expect any different based on text messages I have been receiving from current and ex-members of this board. I was going to say some support would have been nice....but heh...imagine the double entendres on that one...!!!
