itchy hands anybody heard of any new zzipies some due out so i hear any body heard out

I believe that there is a HSM now available, from what I have heard it had a similar pedigree as the HST, but more for fishing than tournament work.

there are a few blanks in the workshop with no names or numbers on them.

hi josh yes i think i heard of them earlier this year fulcrum butt and a glass tip think i will give that one a miss mind you i can cast crap with out

I had a look at the HSM down here in Australia, Scott Selby had one made up for him for fishing and it impressed me with the way it feels .

Very user freindly.

they will be the same as some of the old Zziplex rods
as terry has only got a few mandrills this is why so many butts and tips are inter changerble with each other
the thing is not one rod will be the same apart from the sticker. and name
but the blanks thats another tail .
never seen a matching pair ..

hi dave ,think you got it wrong there, has tc anything to prove i dont think so, without trying to knock any rod manufacturer here if you were able to find ot out which rod manufacturer was most widley used in casting comps over the years i believe we all know who would come out on tops there is no doubt.
cant realy be bothered about knocking rod manufacturers sorry

hi fellas,i think wot dave meant was not malice but mis-understood . There are many variants of particular models of zipplex rods,a bit mind boggling sometimes. How many bullet variants are there for eg? I think the best option is to find a rod that works best for you and stick to it.

will,misunderstood????? i prefer zziplex many on this site prefer century some like conoflex shakespear etc etc.can you remember a time when on a forum when i have said zziplex is the all and be all i hav,nt ,you know i have been trying to cast for years and years notice i say try, do you ever here me say that century make all the rods the same it is up to the individal what he wants, its a shame if dave does not post on here any more but thats up to him maybe i will do the same cu tommorow
