Any Reccomendations ?

hey,
i was wondering if any of you guys have any good recommendations for me as i wanna go fishing for cod,pollock etc....... but i dont wanna go on the boat as its 2 much hassle getting it shorted,


so is there any places that ud recommend for getting some decent sized fish from land?

keep in mind im from hebburn..

best place for pollock St Abbs Head, Eyemouth and Dunstanburgh Castle, you will also get some nice red cod, give it another few weeks though.

where are those places mate lol? i honestly aint got a clue, im only used to fishing off the marina at hebburn lol...decided i need 2 step it up in the fishing world lol...

Next time your in the tackle shop mate I know frasers have it in!!! get your self a copy of the codling crouch ..that will keep you entertained over the summer ..st abbs is just over the border in scotland but very much recomended you'll get all the info for it out the book!

Henda01, like the lads say, get a copy of the codling crouch, it has gave me countless numbers of marks to try over the summer, i must say tho that i am thinking ov Eyemouth which is north of the border but is just an hour and a half up the road, some ov the marks are more local id be more than happy to invite you along. This does depend on how i get along with my new born nearer the date tho!
