Anyone fished on Mistress (Tyne)?

Hi all,

I'm putting together a website for Tony but he has only a few photos and some of them aren't brill...

Has anybody taken photos while fishing on Mistress that I could use? Or of Mistress at sea?

It's a bit difficult standing on water to take a picture of the boat. You need another boat

Any help would be appreciated.

No but sure if you ask a few of lads on here to take a pic of her when traveling or out at sea this weekend they be happy to email you them....no good asking me to take them when traveling the Mistress is a flying machine lol

Tony said it was quite speedy. Pictures of it motoring would be great but pictures of people fishing would be great too.

no pics sorry BUT for the record tony is a good bloke and decent skipper and yes the boat flies

there's a few on there, steve ellwood is the man that took them, drop him a line, I'm sure he'll be ok with letting you use them

Here are some of the: fish caught on Mistress.

My dad was fishing on Mistress on Sunday. He didn't take a camera ... Doh!

I phoned him from the north point at Newbiggin but they'd moved just north of St. Mary's Lighthouse ... Doh!

He was snagged on the bottom at the time. Doh!

I still got fresh cod for supper. Result!
