My gear is all packed away now, if we get a calm spell I'll be out with the lures again but in these conditions I'm afraid its back to bait for me.

I was lure fishing last week in Scotland and had a few decent pollack but I think the season is over in the north east. I gave up here after a couple of blank sessions at the end of last month. If you can be bothered to travel across the border it may be worth a go but I wouldn't bother locally.
