I've just received an e-mail from Dr. Craig Rose regarding his idea of an artificial reef at Tynemouth. With it is a survey he is asking everyone to fill in regarding their thoughts on the idea. mmm may be a bit sus.
if it was to happen what would be the proposals to the no fish zone around area,no vessells and no shore anglers,this may be the line on the hook for shore anglers,( restricted zones from shore for species to recover???).
and more scope for the commercial angler/s.to take those outside the given section of that zone.
