r/m called off due to high winds and sea coming over pierby the port of tyne. davy

Could have relocated to Blyth Pier instead Davy - I was going to have a few weeks off from the fishing but with that sea building I'm almost tempted to get out for a few chucks again to try and tempt a few coddies!!

after spending a day on pier sunday was glad it was called off,no fish and freezing cold back home for sunday dinner and watch the match. the lads were not bothered about going anywhere else a few went to pottery bank and st peters getting soft in me old age,have 8 bags of rag if you want them for free just call davy.

Cheers Davy - I know what you mean...spent the last SBRAAC match last sunday in a total blizzard for not so much as a bite, in fact everyone blanked, and it looks like more blizzards on the way so really don't know whether to give it one more bash or stay in nice & warm for once!
