Balcary Flat Rock

Hi all,

Can anyone give me directions to balcary flat rock please never fished it before so would like to be put straight on it.

not sure how much you want so a'll tell from here

take a69 as if going to carlisle

then go north on a74

then a75 going to dumfries

then a711 to auchencairn

as yuo near auchencairn

look for sign on left for balcary hotel take that and park

in parking place there

for the flat rocks stand with bay be hind you then start walking up the fields

front of you its all all up hill keep going straight to wards top of hill

when you get to top hill take a right and follow foot along cliff tops

you'll then go downa short hill then up a short hill and should put fairly near

the footpath to the flat rocks so keep an eye out for the path and be

careful going down as it very narrow in places
