We\'ve started a \" Bat Fastard \" club at work over eight weeks so I decided to join ,as anyone who knows me will tell you I\'m fiercely competative and will sometimes avoid things rather than get too involved lol ...anyway I\'m currently the top weight loser with 11 pounds in the last week ,I know I\'m going to win it so it looks like easy money ( I HOPE ) .shame it\'s a bank holiday ,I did of course celebrate St. Georges day in style or it might have been a stone !

Well as an update I\'ve lost 16lbs so far ,if it wasn\'t for the bank holiday weekend and other celebrations it would have been more but hey I wouldn\'t have done things any other way ,a first for me during the week we sat outside a pub in the sun and I ordered a pint ........of diet coke .

No vodka in the coke mate ,however last night I did manage almost a whole bottle of the stuff ,scarey that.

I\'m trying to cut down, I got a shock when I got on the scales earlier in the week, put a stone since the last time I tried to loose a bit weight.
