Well my new exhaust gaskets came so decided to fit them today... so it now has 2 new gaskets and a new exhaust plate... just need to service me backup engine now then they are both ready for the summer...

Yip its getting there....She a old engine but it has been looked after and has many new parts and is a good starter so hopefully it will behave its self as this will be my first season in the water.....just got my johnson backup engine to service and check then my new jockey wheel and keel rollers to put on trailer then thats me ready...

Yip it was coming out the side of the exhaust plate before....gasket had failed so i ordered 2 from the states through ebay and they only took 1 1/2 weeks to come...It had already had a new exhaust plate fitted but old owner must have re-used the gaskets and just put slicon on to help it seal...(my pet hate).....
Im payed up to april at hartlepool on the launch ramp then after that i will be paying up to launch at seaham so may see a few of you's out there...

Dunno if you have seen the ramp at seaham, its steep with a dodgy approach, have you got a 4x4 :question:

probs a 300tdi or a cheap td5... just put me recovery truck on swapz to see what i get offered
hope to see a few of you's down there n put some faces to names... i used to be in seaham fishing club a while back and fish on seaham pier when i used to live at murton....
