It\'s funy isn\'t it that you can be good at what you do and earn the going rate (anywhere between £5 an hour and £100,000 a week) and then when you feel as though you\'re doing a bit better than the rest you spit the dummy out and stand on a point of principle that allows you to put yourself up to either gain a pay rise or to be sold on for a leaving fee. Try being in the real world where most of us see our life long pensions disappearing into the horizon faster than we can catch them without so much as a thank you maam

Whats david bellamy done to upset ya Ell?? He\'s a good amte of mine, lives just down the road

looking at the other side of the coin if your a sparky and your boss asks you to install a bath im sure youd have something to say about it !

Just been anounced on the news. Souness has stated that Bellamy has played his last game for Newcatle.
About time a few more managers stood up against these little s**ts that think they can do what they want.

As a mackem, my impartial view is that he\'s a talented lad, but his gob is bigger than him.
Souness has took the old Reid way - his way or no way. Whether this will be the right way remains to be seen. One things for sure, Dyer wouldn\'t still be there if Souness was appointed 6 months earlier.
Think part of the problem lies in the fact that NUFC have turned these players from nothing into millionaires overnight, and they\'ve started to believe that they\'re the real deal. What they should do is look no further than Chelsea and have a look at the real deal - Frank Lampard and John Terry.
Its not that long ago John Terry was in court for acting himself in a nightclub, but look at the lad now.
Lampard was regularly asked to play out wide by Ranieri, he kept his gob shut, and look at him now.
Too much money and too much hype was Bellamy\'s problem, noww he\'s got another, to find a club that wants siomeone with a serious personality defect.

i have got to admit that i am a bit gutted that the \"Big mouthed idiot \" has played his last game for us ,surely he didnt think by calling your BOSS a liar on national television would be swept under the carpet :casstet: i still think that he was either
1- Deliberately pushing Souness into a corner - So that a transfer is the only option- Hoping a Bigger Club come in (like who)
2- Knew that us fans would be Split and thus Mr Shepard gets Shot of Souness (aye right) so calls him a liar
3- he is so up his own pipe that he still thinks he has done nowt wrong
i feel sorry for him in a way but not enough to lose any sleep over it as most players wouldnt give a toss about the future of the club they are at, £££$$$$££££ is what most think about these days :casstet:
So sorry to see you go Craig ,But you need a leader in All businesses and there is generally only ONE winner and its not you this time
But having said all that ,its still a pity that he could have been a \"local Hero \" up here and at present i dont see any of the top four or five coming in for him ,so he either mis-calculated his worth in the premier league or the likes of Birmingham are as far as he has got - We as a club were his Best chance of Achieving the Stature that he so desperately craves :casstet: be it playing in his best position or not, you sign the form that says £40,000 biguns a week your gaffer Tells you where he wants you to earn it

Theres no questioning his talent but the child is a complete pr#ck and he was at his other clubs as well,IMO Souness was trying to protect him and it looked like the matter would have been dealt with privately,everyone knows what happened next...........but surely if he had any respect for the club and the Fans he would have said nowt at the end of the day WE pay his wages,whether you are a season ticket holder,Subscribe to Sky or buy merchandise its our hard earned cash that goes into that club.If we had his attitude at work we would get sacked,probably on the spot so why cant they ? If he\'s breaching his contract then finish him,it would never happen but it would be nice for a big club to stand up and say you are Sacked goodbye,I remember Forest a couple of years ago made Van Hooydonk (spelling) see out his contract playing in the reserves or maybe they did\'nt even play him cant remember now

Fook its DCI Bribones ,weve been rumbled LOL - and after reading my earlier posts i dont think Van Hooydonk actually played for Cloughie(i cant remember him at St JP when we hammered them 5 - 0) me thinks he was signed by Basset after Cloughie left after relegation ,but the sentiments are the same Bellamy Wouldnt have Even THOUGHT about it LOL
