big swell coming friday night

looking forward to getting out this weekend, after crap fishing last 2 weekends. thinking about fishing over high tide on friday night, big seas forecast so might be my night for a big un (look out for my blanked again post!).

Good luck. These big tides are no good to me as I snapped my ankle tendons on Tuesday & I'm now laid up for the next 8 weeks.

The wind is a factor but it also has a lot to do with the swell direction which is northerly turning north easterly hence a plenty movement

magic seaweed is ****e look at longsands north on met office, saturday night will be the best night give them time to come in over a couple of tides. with a 13ft northly swell running in only the sheltered of marks will be fishable. where as saturday most places will be.

I would rather take notice of Mistic Meg than that site.
2 years ago they actually forcast 32ft swells for our coast,thats a fekking Tsunami.....
The only site i take notice of is the Shipping forcast.

aye met office for me as well msw surforcast.com are never right met office are normally spot plus you can check inshore waters and shipping forcast
