Well, it's a year today since I became a Grandad........and I can thoroughly recommend it....lol.

I guess this is one of the reasons I now spend very little time both on here and actually out fishing......as I just wanna spend as much time with Amie as possible:

Keith, "proud as punch" doesn't come anywhere near........it's way, way beyond that ..............love of your own kids is one thing....Grandkids are something totally different......I guess it's something to do with your own kids now having kids of their own..............Double Pride, I suppose...I dunno - I'm new-ish to this grand-parent thing...lol :rolleyes:

Charlie "pinktastic"?.......ABSOLUTELY..........she's a little girl and that's the way it should be....lol..........besides - she likes pink - she's told me so ;)

Sless, I couldn't "enjoy" any more than I am..........as Jim says it doesn't get better than this.

Alan, belated birthday greetings to your young'n..........yep - how can a year go by so quickly (or are we just gettin' old, m8..lol). I still look in from time to time - just to see what's happening - or not - lol ;)

Paul....."grandads little girl".......yep - she certainly is - and I fully intend to continue to spoil her rotten.....lol.....that's in the job description of "grandad" :p. And yes..........lol......I did make her a cake.......lol...a real one :rolleyes:;):p

TC my fourth grandchild will be on its way end of May early June and I bet I get as much enjoyment from that one as I have the other three, and i am sure you will as well when the next one comes along. They are great fun, getting wet, covered in mud or sand, up to all sorts of tricks, I am for ever getting wrong of the missus and the parents but what the heck.

Cheers Peter.....I still look in from time to time.........but to be honest...........................I'm really starting to miss the place - so I might be visiting a bit more regularly (apologies to some for that)
