with the pier closed last night had to fish the rathouse took monday off work so fancied an all nighter
went from bad to worse
1st head lamp wouldnt work
2nd rod tip light stopped
3rd does seaweed count as i must of pulled in over a tonne of it
fished from 8.30 sunday night till 2 in the morning using 2 rods, big baits and smaller ones
had freshly dug lug, crab, muscle, squid, rag and not a BITE FOR 5 1/2 HOURS
only seen 1 whiting caught between 12 anglers
waste of a days holiday lolololololol
always next time might try again monday afternoon

unlucky though mate
Would have went home a lot earlier but the crack/banter was mint with a canny set of lads so the hours just disappeared. But overall the fishing was terrible Barr the odd whitey caught earlier by a few young lads And a 4lber caught by a canny bloke with a 7ft rod with small hooks and bits of mackerel as bait. Good in him though for a canny catch
