Forget the walkway, just been down and its like a hurricane blowing up the river, you cant even keep your feet, if out i would try Marsden beach at least your sheltered down there.

Blowing a Hoolie in Ashington aswell mate, i dont find any pleasure in fishing strong winds its just a Chow. Looks as if its going to last a while if the forcasts are right.

Thats wen im going out sumtime over the weekend. Taken my friend who got the free rods off here. Hopping for sumthing decent like should get a good stir up the sea over next few days. Nice fat cod coming are way I can sense it lol
