Im thinkin of fishing blyth beach for flounder in the next few weeks. Any information on the best mark and tides to fish would be helpfull thanks

Try any of the river mouths around there mate, find they fish a bit better than blyth beach.

Try a 2oz lead, real light and a short cast with rag / maccy baits... let it roll about and it will naturally find its way around the sand bars....

head to Cambois Ramp mate, 2 hours either side of high, one rod with rag and other rag tipped with mackerel and your guaranteed to catch a few flounder maybe even a bass or turbot. Can't remember the last time i was there and never hooked into a flatty.

Cheers,
