Fished the pier from 19.00 till 1.00 this morning not a sniff till 22.00 1 knock 1 fish 22.45 another knock another fish then at 23.15 a even bigger knock this felt like a much bigger fish managed to get it to the side started lifting it as soon as it left the water it felt heavy then splash off it came 6.0 hook was straight could have been 9+ sea perfect had a good night for a change!!!!!!!

Well done John a couple of nice fish there, we heard there were one or two decent fish on the pier. Pity you hadn't joined the comp tonight, they would have won you a tidy sum mate.

me and my mate fished just after the bend in the comp he had a tiny codling and a small rockling but i didn't even get a bite all night
