it was windy wet and wild very big sea only three ov us on and i blanked well i sort ov sh** me sell wen the sea started to rip the pier apart
i counted 7 railway sleepers gone lifted out ov place so i packed up and walked off the other two lads were catching ,didnt lyk the look ov wot the sea was
doing to the pier try the morn night

Hopefully all the lads who went on there had the sence to get off !!! cant see it lasting much longer as its raging down there at the mo

Went down to the pier car park at 5.00am this morning,looking forward to a 'canny session'. Knew there was something up when there were no cars in the car park ! Had a look, but all I could see was white foam. Turned around and went back to bed. I'll fish in bad weather and rough conditions.............but you have to draw the line somewhere.

Better safe than sorry, give it a couple of days, bet the car park will be full then

Its not worth taking any chances when its as bad as it is now .... been some canny lads lost over the years ... not worth risking ya life for a sake of a fish ...... common sence kicks in
