I know the grenaa star, she is geet big lump of a boat must have hit head on and at some speed, the bow is completely gone.

I see the skipper has now been arrested on suspicion of being drunk

It's a bit shocking this. I once bumped into a lamp post when I had had a few ales.

Luckily I was not arrested, but I did have a bit of an egg the next day.

From now on I'm not partaking in alcohol.

The boat has now been salvaged, that's a hell of a hole in the hull

certainly is when you consider the stem post is a piece of 12" x 8" oak and the frames are 8" x 6" oak with 2" thick planking!
