Boat launch

Need some help, found out club was going to join so could launch off ramp has closed its membership so need to find places to launch! has anybody launched off Newbiggin beach & if so can you launch any time of tide?

I'm told you will need a tractor to launch on Newbiggin beach, or pay someone with one. Try contacting Trevor Straker, or Tony Taylor for advice.

should be ok as boat just 14ft prob just need 2 people to pull down onto firm sand ?

cullercoats? plenty people launch small boats from there i think, free as far as i know too

It’s not free and easy. Cheap for a year and OK with the right rig that doesn’t dig into the sand too much.
