Right take a picture from inside the boat looking towards the back where the bildge pump is,

Then it will be clear to see if you have a sump and where the plug comes out into the boat.

This is crucial as if the plug come above the floor then you may have water ingress and the foam beneath the deck could be sodden and this is then a fair sized job to put it right

My thoughts are you have a gap between the deck and the bottom of the boat and it is this which is foam filled and by your earlier pictures I would say its waterlogged. If this is the case there is only one cure and that is to rip up the deck and replace it and glass it back down. it may also reveal a load of other issues but there is water getting in and that must be stopped.

I've checked the well in front of boat and there are no
Water at all in it since I empty it

You might be lucky, try lowering the front of the boat and see if any runs from the back to the front where the well is. Also it would be good to take it to a weigh bridge and check the weight of the boat just encase it is way over weight.

Agree entirely with Sean, what you need to find out is it salt or fresh water doing the
water-logging - the plot thickens
