the same as everywhere else, if you get a fish it could well be a good one so well worth going, but don't expect any miracles, I reckon about one in a hundred anglers going fishin are getting a fish, and that might just be a whitng, flounder or coalfish. Many good anglers going out a couple of times a week are getting nothing. But that one fish could be the fish of a lifetime.

whats happened, the fish on the whole have failed to appear in any significant numbers this year why, is there none left, or have they all just f/cked off to new pastures.

tis flamin strange, done a bit of boat fishing in the summer and there were loads of fish they just dont seem to have come inshore this year for some reason.

I have noticed for 2/3 seasons that it seems there are a few big fish caught but not so many of the smaller one in the 2/3 pound mark.
Could be time to accept the change and try for the one biggie.
