Bogus

someone has taken a photo of my mate and used it as an avatar and created a bogus forum member (not here of course) which is causing him grief and embarrassment.

I\'ve been to the site and cant find any way to complain but there is a \"contact us\" link.

Anyone know what would be the best way to go about getting the threads removed and if poss, find out who the culprit/s are?

apparently what you do is ............. get some tough lads together and log on to the forum. Give them some special juices that make them go really tiny (even tinier than Honey I shrunk the Kids). then quickly pull out you internet cable and allow them to jump down it. You\'ve got to be quick or you might spill digitalness all over the carpet. Once they get to the other end they get big again and exact retribution. Reverse the process and job\'s a Gordon.

He hasn\'t even got a PC! He goes clubbing at weekends and somebody took a photo and used it to create a bogie member at www.goodgreef.com

The bogie member has posted 62 threads that are really \"out of order\" and now when he goes to clubs everybody wants to fill him in cos they think it\'s him that\'s been rubbishing their posts.

He became a member today (via my PC) and has reported the threads so hopefully he should be sorted soon. Cant blame the admin at goodgreef tho\' cos the level of intelligence there is somewhere around pond life.
