Need a break from essays, tempted to go somewhere easy for a few hours around tynemouth. Can you fish the pier? If so is it worth it or will I just be hassled and cast over by charvs?
can't fish tynemouth pier through the day mate closed to anglers, but if you choose to climb the fence after it's shut at night you do so at your own risk south shields and blyth are good alternatives
Ah really? Not bother with that. Only fancied a few hours spinning or float. No bait so rubber lures and what. Anywhere worth a bash tonight! I know low tide is around now?
give blyth a shot with the spinners, i had over 25 makky on the rising tide this morning. mind you it will probably be packed! but they were getting them the full length of the pier last night and this morning so i'm sure you can find a spot no problem
