Bottom water marks

Anyone got any marks to fish 2 down and 2 up after a sea ? Looking to go on Thursday neet after work , somewhere 10 miles from jarra
Any advise would be appreciated , cheers

Whitburn steel, seaburn beach, canonball rocks(cat and dog steps) or roker beach where the old sewer pipe use to be.
