Thinking of giving cambios hole a try 2nyt as i've heard its a good shot could any1 giv me any info on how 2 get there (i'll be coming down th a19 from Penshaw) and what state of th tide would b best 2 fish condiditions etc:question: any info would b appreciated thanks

If your coming down thw A19 take the right turn for the A189 at the Moorfarm Roundabout(the next roundabout after Silverlink).Continue along the A189 and take the Cambois turn off.End on sliproad turn right and follow the road in to Cambois.Go over a small roundabout and at the next roundabout take the right turn(3rd exit).Head towards the big yellow bins but turn left about 100 yards before you get to them.You will be now on a bumpy sort of road head towards the pier along the big concrete wall on your left.Park the car near the entrance to the pier and use the ladders over the concrete wall and youre there!!

Err on the safety side, park your car at the entrance to the site, cross over the railway lines and walk down, its about 200mtres longer.
There was some reports of car crime in this area on this forum.

could be worth a shot, there is a bit of a sea running.
directions are spot on.
the mark itself fishes best on the ebb, at least thats when i have seen most of the fish come in from there, it can be a heavy mark so weak links are the best chance at getting a fish in, once conected to a fish reel in quick and keep the fish above the weeds, vary your chucking distance as well, i have seen good fish come from really close in.

i normally line myself up just south of the second windmill

If i had some bait then it would of been my choice for a hoy there the night but my freezers cleaned out as ive been out 3-4 times the last week!!
