went last nite about 20.30 fished till 23.00 1 small flatty and 1 coalie infront of the pub

a note on the coalie when it was returned it wasnt well so i just held it like we do with the trout,by the body moving it to and fro,within seconds ,well about 20 i was soaking with the splashing from it as it made its escape well again

had a walk down there yesterday right along to the pier gate. which is the [DEEPEST/ good cod marks along here?? noticed between the 2nd and 3rd windmill there is a ledge running along the mid water line, this long ledge looks good?? and 4th windmill it gets more rocky (or are these deeper holes?)

also below the 'ramp' near the railway there is a long length of rocks which go out. is this good at low water casting north east?

also bang in between the two marks mentioned before i noticed a large round gulley full of water. does this produce at high water??

Sorry I dont know the names but the ramp and shot off the top opposite the silos fishes well high water start of year on and the holes at the back of the pier if I'm not mistaken between the 1st and 2nd windmill deep water.
the big gullies where the rocks go out at the start of the pier is supposed to be a canny shot off the right but I mainly fish the pier mate its Sean that would be your best bet i need to do some brain picking too
