Egypt lol north end of marsden beach south shields mate

thanks peter for the info is that the path down to the beach from the mini roundabout get down onto the beach,
years ago I used to fish frenchmans cove of the table rock never been down that way for a very long time as just started back sea fishing last October.
think I need to get down there with me dog and have a good walk around to check out some on the marks and have some crack with the lads down there on some of the marks.

some good marks down there dale.if walking your dog will be better off walking around main path along cliff tops towards s/s pier.as you possibly know marsden grotto is just south from there.plenty local anglers fish there next to the rock,or theres also the 4 bays again just south of rock, then youll endup at souter lighthouse.

Yes you can get down that way if the tides low but as reg says walk along the top of cliffs and you will come across another path that leads down to the north end of beach and camels island will be in front of you most people fish of the right hand side but youl sus it out if you go at low tide

sometimes in the summer I have a ride down on my motor cycle down to shields then travel down to roker have a cuppa in the little café on the top.
this retirement lark is no good for me.
