I think we know who will be the supplier of the \"Cannylinks\" as far as NESA and its\' members are concerned.
Charlie - I think the best \"help\" we can give to Paul is to continue to get the links DIRECT from him and also to continue to pass on to others, by word of mouth, just how reliable they are.
As the others have said Paul, good luck in sorting this out and as Mark said - keep ANY e-mails you get from this other guy - if it comes to the crunch, you can use them as evidence of internet misuse and pass them on to his ISP.

you can support mr by buying them from ebay, theyre a little more, £3 for 15, but post and packing is free, plus your feedback will be a great help.

charlie T i think as far as i can remeber if you have applied you can sell the article, how many times have you bought something with patent pending on, it is amazing how many items do. How you get it sorted Paul, you could let Dazza know that somebdoy is trying to pinch your idea, they might be able to do something about it, like warn customers.

its a cut and dry case ,this bloke has to prove he came up with the idea whereas herein forthsuch paul the defendant has a case as he floated the idea on nesa as a tester so to speak,even though i dont need any ive just bought some from e-bay,why ? ,no other reason than to support paul in his whatsitsname
i do sell these myself (joking) mine are called a cannycraplink lol there not as easy to make as they look and i gave up after a few tries no 2 looked the same and they kept falling off the loop
