hi mate, bad luck on rod , would not wish it to my worst to my enemy,, but if you want to fish south shields for the day there is bass rod and a beach caster with reels if you want to borrow for the duration of your hols , and if u can get to my place you are very welcome to borrow them, if so give is a bell on 07837295986
