century t 1000

clarify one thing i aint knocking this new t1000 how can i its just come out plus as i said earlier i have never heard of an eliminater braking either and this is based on an eliminater.i dont think anyone is knocking them on this thread at all.
It'll SNAP John .its a century and phil casting it. It ain't got a prayer 😉😉😉😉😉😉

In a week? Barbra must of been in with him that week lol, zziplex blanks are harder to get for the simple reason he makes less, considering sea fishing is a small part of century and not there main revenue you can have a rod made from scratch and built in your hands within a month, that's joe blogs not gary pye or Danny moeskops asking for one, unless your a top caster you are waiting how long with t.c? Before anyone says I am jumping ships far from it I still maintain zziplex rods are nicer to cast if you get a Good one however century make better fishing rods IMO

Same can be said for Ferrari and Ford fiesta. Ones mass produced and its still a car same as Ferrari. But ones very desirable. 😢😢

Had a look at one today phil.think that flash artificial carbon has caught u on this one.it felt very stiff to me.although I knah nowt and the butt felt very heavy.

It weighs 936g fully built with butt cap and reel seat and coaster, and it may feel stiff to big girls 😊😊😊😊😊

Picked one up in Nets today - lovely rod - now to raise the matter with the missus hmmm

Joking apart for me it looks and feels the ultimate rough ground rod, also great for cliff fishing which I like to do.

Thanks Mate, I use a fixed spool so when I order one is it worth getting it rung for FS, or will the multi ringing be Ok for both ??

Always thought f1 was the money maker for century ,leftover carbon got him started on the rods:o;) they are lovely rods and keep up with the latest technology. Wonder what happens if zippys stop production when he retires maybe bought by the biggest flash o th cash and stamped on made in Taiwan:eek: lol

Terry pride himself on hand built rods made in the uk don't think he would ever sell the name or rights it's his hobby and his passion.

For the record where Gary is fishing in the video is Cloughton I was told, I know I recognized that landscape from somewhere.
