cheap online tackle shop?

I find when you add in postage that it is often just as easy to use your local shop.
Plus you are supporting the local dealer,if things go wrong they are to hand and it means they are there when you want bait etc.
Plus you will find once you know them and they know you they will pass on info, special deals and often let you have bait that they may not offer to the guy they don't know.
Might seem wrong but thats life and business

I agree 100000% but living miles away from a tackle shop its not really worth a tenner on petrol and over an hour in the car in order to buy some bits and bobs so that i can tie some traces etc before my next trip out. Far easier to get them to me at home delivered!

The last time I used the fishingwaders.co.uk website, they ripped me off. they sent me a pair of chest waders that were too tight around my calfs. After speaking to them I sent them back, and they were going to make me a pair to suit. And that was that.......no money refunded, no telephone calls acknowledged or returned, no emails acknowledged/returned and no waders.

Buy them from your local tackle shop, thats what they are there for. I sure if you haggle you will some discount.

just put all the stufftogether i need on the glasgow angling centre site, seems canny cheap and i have used them before. Just waiting them to reply to a mail i sent them about an offer they are running(ie get a free £5 voucher if you spend over 50 squid) I dont really want a voucher so asked if any alternative could be sent instead?
