I'm into my 4th season with a pair my wife picked up new at a car boot sale. They are nylon welded to rubber welly boots, and you don't even know you've got them on, light and dead easy to walk, rock-hop in. They are like pond waders, and wouldn't change them for any other.

One thing to bear in mind mate is that if pvc waders leak you will get cold but with neoprene you wont.Also, should you fall in, then those pvc waders become bags of waterthat drag you down much much more than neoprene. A no-brainer imho if using them over the winter.

I think if you fall in with any kind of waders on, you're in trouble.

I've used Ocean PVC for years and can't fault them. If you find you're cold with them on, buy a Sundridge sleepskin to wear under them - well worth the money.
