Good luck mate.... I have been a CRO for the past 8 years and it's a great way to learn new skills and meet new people....Wouldnt worry too much about the medical....I don't think I know many coastguards who don't wear overalls in a small a medium or a large....all tend to start of in the XL size...lol

medical passed with one exception!! i cant do any rope work until i loose half a stone!! lol...

I'll just have to get my kebabs with salad now instead of chips...
