crinkle back crab

hi ladds after some info if possible. how do you prepare crinkle back crabs for your hook and can you freeze them and what are they like for bait do many anglers use them.and also how do you freeze softies thanx ladds

softys i do freeze up only for winter bait though and have had some nice fishing off them ,i take away the lungs out before freezing ,extra bit bait when theres nowt else on the go
